At Calm Haven Mental Health, we provide compassionate, trauma-informed immigration evaluations for immigration cases. Our goal is to help clients and their attorneys present a clear, credible, and empathetic picture of each individual’s emotional experience and mental health needs.
We offer evaluations for:
• Extreme Hardship Waivers (I-601, I-601A)
• VAWA (Violence Against Women Act)
• U-Visa and T-Visa cases
• Asylum claims
Each evaluation includes:
• A comprehensive clinical interview (typically conducted via secure telehealth or in-person)
• Review of relevant background and supporting documentation
• A detailed written report tailored to your specific case needs
The fee for an immigration evaluation is $1,100, which includes up to two hours of assessment and documentation.
Clients are required to work directly with their immigration attorney throughout this process. Your attorney will guide which type of evaluation is needed, provide case context, and submit the final report as part of your legal documentation.
While these services are not covered by insurance, we approach every case with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and deep respect for your story. Our evaluations meet legal and clinical standards to support both you and your attorney in presenting a complete, compassionate case.
