At Calm Haven Mental Health, we want therapy to feel accessible and stress-free; including when it comes to payment. We’re currently in-network with the following insurance plans: • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas (BCBSTX) • HighwayCare Health (HCH) • Sendero Health Plans • Baylor Scott & White Health Plan (BSW) • Oscar Health Plan • Texas Exchange Plans • United Behavioral Health (UBH) / Optum • Aetna • Cigna • Curative Health If your plan isn’t listed, you may still be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement depending on your benefits. We’re happy to provide a superbill to make that process simple. You can also choose to self-pay if you prefer more privacy or flexibility in your care, and many clients use HSA or FSA cards for sessions.

Because coverage for virtual therapy can vary by insurance plan, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider to confirm that telehealth sessions are included in your benefits.

It’s best for people who are emotionally stable but want guidance through a specific transition — such as a divorce, career change, or major life goal. Coaching is solution-focused, goal-driven, and forward-looking. It is not covered by insurance, as it’s not considered a clinical mental health service.
