My approach is centered around utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). It allows me to tailor treatment to your unique needs, ensuring the most effective path to recovery.
