There are moments in life when we all feel overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of someone who will truly listen. If you’ve found your way here, you’ve already taken a meaningful step — and that takes real courage.
I work with children (ages 12 and up), young adults, women, and families navigating some of life’s most difficult terrain: anxiety, depression, grief and loss, major life transitions, and trauma. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, walking alongside parents, and building connections with people from a wide range of cultural backgrounds. My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply collaborative. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Strength-Based and Culturally Responsive frameworks. The heart of everything I do is a trauma-informed, client-centered philosophy that honors your story exactly as it is.
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a true partnership — a space where you can speak freely, be heard without judgment, and begin to move toward a life that feels more balanced, more hopeful, and more like you. Whether you’re in the middle of a crisis, quietly struggling, or simply ready for something to shift, I’m here for all of it. I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
