I believe that we don’t see the world exactly as it is; we experience it through our own thoughts, emotions, and past experiences. Developing self-awareness is a powerful step toward understanding ourselves more clearly and creating a life that feels meaningful, balanced, and worth living. I work with children as young as 4 years old, teens, and adults. I specialize in working with clients grappling with complex trauma, substance use, and personality disorders, as well as those navigating neurodivergence, sexuality, and gender identity. My therapeutic approach incorporates techniques pulled from DBT, RO-DBT, and CBT as well as mindfulness and meditation practices.
As a counselor, I meet you where you are and walk alongside you at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we focus on building mindfulness, resilience, and self-acceptance in a way that feels supportive and sustainable. I strive to create a collaborative, judgment-free space where you can safely explore your experiences and reconnect with yourself.
If you’ve been feeling stuck in survival mode, you’re not alone. Therapy can help you gently reshape unhelpful thought patterns and develop coping skills that support real, lasting change. My goal is to help you move beyond just getting through the day and toward truly living a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling. I would be honored to support you in building a life that feels worth living.
