LMSW Clinical Fellowship

Supervision at Calm Haven Mental Health

Round Rock, Cedar Park, and throughout Texas via telehealth

You do not have to navigate the early years of clinical work alone.

The transition from graduate school into clinical practice carries both excitement and responsibility. At Calm Haven Mental Health, supervision is designed to be more than a requirement — it is a thoughtfully structured professional experience where emerging clinicians are supported, challenged, and prepared to practice with confidence. We believe that great clinicians are developed through mentorship, not pressure.

Led by Jennifer Hodges, LCSW-S, our Clinical Fellowship supports LMSWs in developing strong clinical judgment, ethical clarity, and an authentic therapeutic voice within a collaborative group practice grounded in trauma-informed care.

We intentionally keep our supervision cohort small to preserve the depth and quality of mentorship each associate receives.

Our Intention

We are committed to developing clinicians who are seeking a professional home — not simply a temporary placement. Many associates choose to remain with Calm Haven beyond licensure, continuing to grow into confident and autonomous clinicians within our supportive practice.

If you are looking for a place to be developed rather than simply overseen, you will likely feel at home here.

Who Thrives at Calm Haven

This fellowship is especially well-suited for LMSWs who are:

  • Growth-oriented and reflective

  • Open to feedback and ongoing development

  • Interested in trauma-informed, person-centered care

  • Seeking mentorship — not just supervision hours

  • Drawn to a long-term professional community

Looking Toward the Future

Associates who remain with Calm Haven after licensure benefit from increased autonomy, expanded earning potential, and the opportunity to further develop clinical specialties within a supportive group practice.

Our hope is not only to help you become licensed — but to help you become the kind of clinician clients trust deeply.

Investment

Individual and group supervision options are available at $275 per month, providing structure, accountability, and meaningful professional development as you move toward LCSW licensure. Once associates maintain 5 weekly sessions within the practice, a portion of supervision may be offset. Many associates find that just one weekly session comfortably offsets the cost of supervision.

Early inquiries are encouraged, as supervision spaces are intentionally limited.
